There is no minimum. You order one piece at a time, after your customer has paid you. Nothing is bought or held before a sale.

No. Send a sketch, a reference image or a description. We produce the CAD, renders and a physical sample for approval before any metal is cast.

Jewelry brands, independent retailers, online and DTC sellers, and creators launching their own line. We sell to businesses, not to individual consumers.

Every piece is priced line by line: metal, making, stones, setting and finish. Your quote shows each line, so you can see exactly what you are paying for.

Metal rates follow the market and are updated daily. Making, stone, setting and finishing rates are reviewed weekly. Quotes are in USD and valid for 7 days.

One-time work such as design, samples and store builds is paid upfront. Production orders are paid when you confirm them. Monthly services are billed in advance.

Every order is dispatched within 7 days of confirmation, tracked and insured, to more than 20 countries. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and prevailing conditions.

By our production partners in India, in the centre where most of the world’s diamonds are cut and polished. Grandior Studio itself is a US company in California, and every piece is checked against your approved sample before it leaves the workshop.

14k and 18k gold in yellow, white and rose, sterling silver, platinum, and plated or vermeil options, always labelled as what they are.

Lab-grown and natural diamonds certified by IGI, GIA or HRD, moissanite, precious stones and over 20 semi-precious varieties. Lab-grown diamonds are always labelled lab-grown, and moissanite is never described as diamond.

Yes, permanently. A design you commission is never made, sold or offered to anyone else. Ready collection designs are shared across our partner network and are not exclusive.

A production-ready CAD model with renders in three metal colours and two rounds of changes is $55 per design. Send your brief first; we confirm feasibility within one business day before you pay.

Yes. We can sign a mutual NDA before you share anything.

Yes. Order individual pieces or a bundle from the samples page. They are made to the same standard as production.

Yes. Samples are made with the same stones, metal and finish your customers will receive.

Import duties and taxes for your country are added at checkout, so there is nothing more to pay when the parcel arrives. Insured shipping is included.

Yes. We pack each order in your branded packaging with your certificates and inserts, and ship it straight to your customer. Your customer never sees Grandior.

Yes. Every order is tracked and insured from dispatch to delivery.

Yes. We set up the store on Shopify or WooCommerce, load the catalog, and can process orders and answer customer questions under your brand. The scope is agreed in writing before we start.
