I launched my own jewelry brand, and the hard part was never the selling. It was everything behind it. Suppliers wanted bulk orders before I had a single customer. Quoted prices changed by the time the invoice came. Getting pieces rendered, listed and priced correctly took months, and shipping a ring from India to a customer in Texas was an education of its own.
We fixed those problems one at a time for our own brands: a store built to sell jewelry, renders instead of photoshoots, prices broken down line by line, and every piece made to order and shipped direct to the customer.
Grandior is that backend, opened up to other brands. Everything we offer, we run ourselves first.
