We turn your designs into CAD, make each piece to order in 925 silver, gold vermeil or 10K to 18K gold with certified lab-grown diamonds, pack it in your branded packaging and ship it to your buyer, tracked and insured. There is no minimum order, and every order is dispatched within 7 days of confirmation. Etsy allows a production partner for your own designs and for pieces your buyers personalize, so you list us as your production partner and stay within Etsy's rules.

Etsy does not allow dropshipping of items you didn't make or design. It does allow a production partner: a business that makes your own designs, or pieces your buyer personalizes, as long as you say so on your listings. That is exactly what we are. You own the designs and the shop; we make and ship.

Etsy sellers: common questions
Can I dropship jewelry on Etsy?
Not in the usual sense. Etsy does not allow drop shipping (selling items you did not make or design, shipped by a supplier), apart from a narrow exception for craft and party supplies. Etsy does allow a production partner: someone who makes your own designs, or pieces your buyer personalizes. That is how we work with Etsy sellers. Etsy's production partner policy.
What is an Etsy production partner?
A business that physically makes items for your shop. Etsy allows one when the items are your original designs or are customized by the buyer. You add the partner in your shop settings and disclose it on your listings and in your shop's About section.
Can I sell your ready designs on Etsy?
Not as they are. Etsy treats a supplier's catalogue design as reselling. You can sell our ready designs on your own website, Instagram or wholesale. For Etsy, use a ready design as a starting point and change it into your own (shape, stones, setting, engraving); we make the CAD, and the new design is yours alone.
Is there a minimum order?
No. We make one piece at a time, after your buyer orders. You can start with a single design.
How do my Etsy orders reach you?
You send each order through our order form or by email: Etsy order number, design, metal, size, the buyer's personalization and the shipping address. We reply with a proof where needed, then with tracking.
How fast are orders shipped?
Every order is dispatched within 7 days of confirmation, tracked and insured. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and prevailing conditions, so set your Etsy processing time to cover dispatch. Personalized and custom pieces can take longer; we confirm the timeline for each design before you list it.
Where do orders ship from?
From India, where our production partners make every piece. Etsy asks sellers to show where items really ship from, so set your listing's ship-from location to India.
Will my buyer see Grandior?
Not in the parcel: every order ships in your packaging. Etsy does ask you to name your production partner on your listings.
Do I own my designs?
Yes. Once a custom design is paid for, it belongs to your shop. We never make, sell or show it to anyone else.
Which metals and stones can I offer?
925 sterling silver, gold vermeil and 10K, 14K or 18K gold in yellow, white or rose, with certified lab-grown diamonds, always labelled lab-grown. Moissanite and gemstones are available on request; moissanite is always sold as moissanite.
