These Terms of Service govern your use of the grandiorstudio.com website and any inquiries or communications you submit through it. By accessing this website, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

This website is operated by Grandoria ESales LLC ("Grandior Studio", "we", "us", or "our"), a limited liability company registered in the State of Wyoming, United States, with its business address in California.

2. Nature of This Website

Grandior Studio is a B2B (business-to-business) jewelry design, manufacturing and fulfillment partner. This website presents our services, takes enquiries and sells a small number of products online to businesses: sample pieces and sets, AI photography and video packs, and store audits ("online orders"). It is not a retail store for consumers.

Production orders, custom design and ongoing services are agreed separately in writing (a quote, order confirmation or service agreement). Submitting an enquiry does not create a binding agreement.

2A. Online Orders, Cancellations and Refunds

These terms apply to online orders paid through our checkout.

  • Prices. Prices are in US dollars and shown on each product page. Shipping is included in sample prices. For countries where we prepay import duties and taxes (delivered duty paid), that amount is shown as a separate line at checkout and nothing more is due on delivery.
  • Samples are made to order. Every order is dispatched within 7 days of confirmation. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and prevailing conditions.
  • Cancelling a sample order. You can cancel for a full refund, including any prepaid duties, within 24 hours of payment by emailing hello@grandiorstudio.com. After that, production has started and the order cannot be cancelled.
  • Damaged, faulty or not as described. If a sample arrives damaged or faulty, or differs from your order (metal, colour, stone, carat or size), email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will repair it, remake it or refund it, at our choice, and cover the return shipping.
  • Other returns. Because samples are made to your chosen metal, size and specification, we do not accept returns for a change of mind.
  • AI photography, video and audits. You can cancel for a full refund before we start work. Once work has started, you get the revision rounds included in your pack. Delivered digital work is not refundable, unless we fail to deliver what the pack describes.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of approval.

3. Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only. By accessing grandiorstudio.com, you agree not to:

  • Use the website in any way that violates applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations
  • Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the website, other than search engines and AI answer engines that follow our robots.txt
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the website

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand identity, layout, design, and code — is the property of Grandoria ESales LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, or republish any content from this website without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial reference purposes.

The Grandior Studio name, logo, and brand identity are proprietary to Grandoria ESales LLC. No licence or right to use them is granted by these Terms.

5. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit an inquiry through our contact form, you acknowledge that:

  • The information you provide is accurate and not misleading
  • You are authorised to make inquiries on behalf of any business you represent
  • Submission of the form does not create any binding obligation on either party
  • We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy
  • We may contact you by email or phone to follow up on your inquiry

6. No Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties or representations, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of information on the website
  • The uninterrupted or error-free operation of the website
  • The fitness of the website or its content for any particular purpose

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of this website shall not exceed USD $100.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
