What is the difference between private label and white label jewelry?
The terms are used interchangeably. Both mean jewelry we make that you sell under your own brand name. Our ready designs are shared across partners; if you need a design no one else can sell, choose custom design.
Are ready collection designs exclusive?
No. Ready designs are shared across our partner network. Custom designs are exclusive to the brand that commissions them, permanently.
Is there a minimum order?
No. You can order one piece at a time, after your customer has paid.
Can I change the stone or metal?
Yes, on most designs. Choose the metal colour and stone, and the price is adjusted line by line.
Do you supply branded packaging?
Yes. Every order ships in your branded packaging with your certificates and inserts. Your customer never sees Grandior.
Can I see the pieces before I list them?
Yes. Order samples or a matching set from the samples page. They are made to the same standard as production.
